In making a purchase from the Perfume Lovers website, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to all the terms and conditions of their purchase. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notification.

Payments

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal, Visa or Mastercard, or Direct Credit into our bank account. Bank details will be displayed on your check-out page. You can also order by phone using your credit card. Please have your card number, expiry date and 3 digit security number ready. Details of your order will be confirmed in your purchase order confirmation email. In the event where we are out of stock on certain items Perfume Lovers will contact the customer to arrange a substitution of an alternative item. All advertised prices for products are GST exclusive, delivery costs are extra but will be made clear to the customer during the ordering process and confirmed via email on receipt of payment.

Orders

As all products are made to order, we ask that you allow 5 business days for us to process your goods. Please place your order early during our busiest times, eg: Father’s Day and Christmas, to avoid any disappointment and to give us the opportunity to make sure that your product arrives to you on time.

Deliveries

Perfume Lovers is committed to delivering your order with the greatest care. We use Australia Post as our delivery agent for all orders in Australia and overseas. Our delivery costs are a flat rate of $10.00. Additional postage charges may apply for orders weighing over 500gms, posted to an International address. Once the order has passed to the forwarding agent (eg: Australia Post), the article is deemed to have been delivered. For un-received items, all correspondence needs to be directed to the forwarding agent, although we will assist if possible. Extra costs of Registered/Insured/Express Post will need to be borne by the purchaser. Please note that Berri is outside of the Express Post boundaries. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure and confirm that all delivery details have been entered correctly. Incorrect information can result in delays of delivery. For deliveries to business addresses the customer must include the business name with the order. Re-delivery of orders because of incorrect details entered by the customer will be charged to their account.

International Deliveries

Delivery time cannot be guaranteed due to customs clearance etc. The carrier in your country will collect the clearance fees and Customs Duty, if any, from you before delivering the package. We have no control over those charges.

Damaged goods

All our products are inspected for quality and packed with care in order to avoid damage. However, we acknowledge that in some instances that good may be damaged during delivery to the customer which is beyond the control of Perfume Lovers. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss, damage or delays by the freight forwarding agent . Once the parcel has been handed to the freight forwarding agent, it is beyond our control.

Return Policy

All of our products are individually made to order and, consequently, we do not exchange, or refund products that have been ordered in a wrong size, or style. Therefore, it is very important that you follow the guidelines on our information page, before you place your order. This is especially true if you are ordering the product as a gift. Should we make a mistake, or in the unlikely event that the product is found to be faulty when you receive it, notification of such needs to be made within 10 days of the date on the invoice, and returned to us as requested. Perfume Lovers places high priority on customer service and satisfaction. Once we receive a returned product, and the item is deemed to be faulty, we will decide, at our discretion, whether to repair or replace the item. If we decide that a purchase needs to be refunded, the full value of the item will be credit to the customer’s account (delivery charges will be excluded from the refund value). Perfume Lovers reserves the right to reject any requests for cancellation and these will be dealt with on a case by case basis.?Cancellations will not be accepted once products have been dispatched from our premises.? In the event of unforeseen circumstances Perfume Lovers will inform the customer directly. Limitation of Liability
Perfume Lovers shall accept liability, except for those directly excluded in the terms and conditions of the goods supplied. This liability is limited to the total value of the products purchased by the customer. Once the customer has placed an order with Perfume Lovers they accept the terms and conditions made available to them to purchase the products advertised on the website. The right to cancel accounts, edit or terminate orders and not provide products lies with the discretion of Perfume Lovers. Aside from refunding payments for orders that have not been processed in their entirety, Perfume Lovers will not be liable for damages or loss from effecting these rights.
